What properties have sold in Flagler Beach in the past week?

We have broken the County down into 2 distinct regions. In each region we identify all of the homes, condos and lots that have been sold in the prior week (Monday thru Sunday).

We show you the sales price, the property address, number of bedrooms, baths, living square feet, type of real estate (residental, condo or lot), and number of days on the Market.

TwoLanes Flagler County Real Estate Sales Update

Week of December 7 through December 14, 2009.

Beachside had 3 sales last week. 2 condos (one with direct oceanfront and the other ICW views) and one salt water canal home.

The sold price to original list price ratio of the sales was 75%, a significantly closer ratio than recent memory.

Flagler Beach had 16 sales. 2 lots, 2 condos, and 12 single family residence.

Out of the 16 properties 14 sold for 200k or less.

The sold price to original list price ratio of the sales was 85%
